Muffins:
For muffins 1000g you need (makes approx. 40 muffins):
Muffins powder - 1000g,
whole egg - 400g, cooking oil - 400g, water - 200g.
Preparation: Beat all ingredients for 3-5 minutes at medium speed with a flat beater.
Baking temperature: 180°C / baking time: approx. 30 minutes
Muffins with chocolate chips:
Make the basic recipe for muffins with 300g chocolate chips, fill into the prepared moulds and bake.
After baking and cooling, decorate as desired.
Baking temperature: 180°C / baking time: approx. 40 mins
Alternatively, you can of course also use other ingredients, e.g. blueberries, cream caramel pieces, mocha flavouring. There are no limits to your imagination!
