Our Kelmy frosting powder is a ready-made powder which is mixed with milk or water in a 1:1 ratio. If desired, the cream can be coloured with our intense gel colours.
Instructions for use:
Mix the powder and water or milk well by hand in a 1:1 ratio and then mix for 5-10 minutes at medium speed with a food processor or mixer to form a smooth cream. The buttercream frosting is now ready to use and can be used as a topping or filling.
Tip:
Milk makes the cream creamier.
Tip:
The cream is not suitable for fondant!
