For 1000g sponge cake you need:
Sponge cake powder - 1000g,
whole egg - 450g, butter/margarine/oil - 450g,
water - 100g
Production: Beat all ingredients for 3-5 min at high speed
Baking temperature: 180°C / baking time: 35-40 min
Cherry sand slices:
for a 30x40 cm slice frame
For cherry sand slices you need:
whole egg - 450g, butter/margarine/oil - 450g, water - 100g,
ab dripped cherries - 1000g.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes.
Spread the mixture into a prepared slice frame.
Spread the drained cherries over the mixture and bake ab.
Baking temperature: 180°C / baking time: 35-40 min
