Ready-made strawberry cream 100g
Recipes:
For Ø 28 cm strawberry cream cake you will need:
Strawberry cream powder 100g
Water (approx. 25°C/lukewarm) 125g
Cream (whipped, unsweetened) 500g
Production: Stir the ready-made strawberry cream with water until smooth, leave to soak for 5 minutes and carefully fold in the cream. Then fill into the desired mould. Leave to set in the fridge for approx. 2 hours.
Tip: Place the whisk and mixing bowl in the freezer for half an hour and the cream in the freezer for five minutes before use. Small ice crystals form, which are an advantage on hot daysaband make the cream easier to work with.
Strawberry and cream slice:
Spread the shortcrust pastry base with raspberry and redcurrant jam.
Place a layer of dark sponge base on top, pour in half of the strawberry cream and top with fresh strawberries
, pour in the remaining strawberry cream and smooth down. Leave the mixture to set in the fridge.
TIP: Use the strawberry cream with fresh strawberries as a dessert!
Strawberry cream dessert
Make the strawberry cream according to the recipe, fold in the fresh strawberries or strawberry mousse. Pour into small serving glasses (tip: use a piping bag and star-shaped nozzle) and decorate with strawberry pieces and chocolate chips.
