Ready-made whole milk cold cream 400g, bakeproof

Suitable for filling bee stings, fruit cakes and
for making buttercream.
coximus cold cream is a substitute for cooked
pudding. The cold cream can be used immediately after mixing
and is suitable for baking and freezingabil.

Basic recipe:
Whole milk cold cream powder 400g
water (lukewarm) 1000ml

Production: Mix the whole milk cold cream with 1000ml lukewarm
water for 3 minutes at high speed and process as usual
.

TIP! Alternatively, use approx. 40C° warm water and the pudding tastes like cooked vanilla pudding.

Recipe for buttercream
Whole milk cold cream powder 60g
Sugar/ icing sugar 90g
Water 300ml
Butter/margarine 500g

Production: Whip the whole milk cold cream powder, sugar and
water at high speed. Beat the butter until fluffy
and fold into the other ingredients.
The cream can be flavoured as desired.

Recipe for patisserie cream
Mix 200g ready-made whole milk cold cream powder with
500g water
Carefully stir in 100g whipped cream.

A great cream for filling pastries. Bee sting, eclairs etc.
This cream is slightly softer and fluffier than buttercream.
