Baker's starch or potato starch powder
Roll-out aid for roll-out fondant, approx. 150g
Baker's starch is a pure potato starch. This very fine and lump-free special starch is suitable for dusting silicone moulds and for rolling out fondant. The baker's starch should always be sprinkled very thinly and not worked in, otherwise the fondant may become dry and brittle.
Baker's starch is not comparable with other starches (wheat, corn) or flour.
