Application & tips for best results:
1️⃣ Roll out the fondant:
- Lightly dust a non-stick mat or work surface with baking starch.
- Turn the fondant clockwise without turning it - this creates a perfectly round top.
Dust 2️⃣ silicone moulds:
- Lightly dust the mould with a soft brush or fingertips before pouring in the modelling paste.
3️⃣ Important:
- Never underwork! Baker's starch must not be kneaded into the fondant, otherwise it will become dry, brittle or cracked.
