The Sweet Lace "Lace Edge 2" in the colour black is an edible lace made from sugar paste, which is suitable for decorating various baked goods - the black lace is particularly beautiful on light-coloured cakes or backgrounds. It is our alternative to the time-consuming production of edible lace from Magic Decor.
The edible cake lace is ready to use and can be applied directly to the cake, all you need is a little edible glue. The Sweet Lace works best on a fondant cake or a dry chocolate cake - moist surfaces should be avoided.
However, small pastries such as cupcakes, biscuits, muffins etc. can also be decorated quickly and easily with the delicate lace edge. These edible lace decorations go particularly well with elegant wedding and christening cakes.
