The silicone stamp violet is ideal for working with a wide range of edible and non-edible materials, e.g. roll-out fondant, flower modelling paste, marzipan and various doughs.
Roll out the flower paste thinly on a dusted work surface, cut out the flower with the cutter and place it in the mould. Press the mould together to create the structure on both sides of the flower. Attach them to the cake or cupcakes with edible glue.
Tip:
The violets can be prepared a few days before use.
