With the silicone butterfly stamp you can conjure up a marvellous girl's cake. Add the dancer and pink or mother-of-pearl sugar pearls and your cake is quickly and beautifully decorated.
These silicone stamps are ideal for working with a wide range of edible and non-edible materials, e.g. Roll out fondant, flower modelling paste, marzipan and various doughs.
Roll out the flower paste thinly on a dusted work surface, cut out the flower with the cutter and place it in the mould. Press the mould together to create the structure on both sides of the flower. Attach to the cake or cupcakes with edible glue.
Tip:
The flowers can be prepared a few days before use.
