Please follow the temperature instructionsabon the manufacturer's packaging: The silicone moulds are food-safe and comply with the German food labelling regulations.
- Before using the baking tin for the first time, wash it out with rinsing water
- never place the tin on a direct fire.
- To bake, place the silicone mould upright on a baking tray to give it stabilityability.
- Although the baking tin cools quickly, please always use oven mitts.
- After baking, allow the cake to cool for at least 15 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack or cake plate.
- Never use sharp objects to remove or brushes to clean the mould, as this can damage the surface!
- The silicone mould can be easily cleaned with warm dishwater or in the dishwasher.
Tip:
Before filling the silicone baking tin for the very first time, spray it with non-stick spray LE-111-50 and bake at 140°C for approx. 15 minutes to make it easier to remove the cake from the tin!
