The edible gold leaf is on a transfer foil, which is designed to apply the gold to large areas. It can therefore not be removed with a brush.
The gold leaf is particularly suitable for decorating chocolates, confectionery and cakes.
Tip:
If you only want to apply individual details to the cake, we recommend our gold leaf without transfer (F-112280.1). This can simply be applied with a brush.
