The powder colour is suitable for colouring foodstuffs. (e.g. chocolate, cocoa butter, marzipan, fondant). These versatile colour pigments are the perfect solution for giving your baking creations a vibrant and appealing colour palette.
Add the powder directly to the product to be coloured or apply to the surface to be decorated with a brush.
They are water-soluble and very colour-intensive.
