These synthetic hair brushes are particularly suitable for applying edible glue or for hand-painting individual cakes
The set consists of:
1 round brush FINE approx. 1mm for fine details
1 round brush NARROW approx. 3 mm ideal for gluing
1 flat brush SMALL approx. 3 mm for powder colours
1 round brush MEDIUM approx. 10 mm for painting medium decorations and ornaments
1 flat brush LARGE approx. 13 mm ideal for painting sugar flowers with powder colours
Tip: Jens uses the round brushes for wet colours and glue and the flat brushes for dry colours for powdering flowers, etc.
