The modelling stick has two sides
The long and tapered side with structure is the Petal Veiner (12a in the picture above right), which gives you beautiful structures in your edible leaves and flowers. You can use the Petal Veiner e.g. for roll-out fondant, flower paste or marzipan.
The semi-circular side is the so-called mouth former (12b in the picture below left), which you can use to shape mouths, eyebrows and small smilies.
An ideal addition for all sugar flower artists, this tool is used where silicone moulds are not sufficient.
This universally applicable multifunctional tool is an important "component" of every sugar flower artist and a "must have".
Made from food-safe plastic, not dishwasher-safe
Tip: Can be used for all fantasy flowers and filler flowers for which there is no veiner.
