The pre-punched motifs can be easily removed from the carrier film - it is best to touch them from the unprinted side.
Coat the back with edible glue or garnish jelly and attach the elements directly to your fondant cake.

Small fringes on the edges can be gently smoothed out with your fingers.

Sealing the motifs with food varnish gives them an elegant finish (please allow to dry thoroughly).
