abWe have the small snowflake cutter with ejector from PME for you. You can use the cutter to cut out non-edible or edible materials such as rolled fondant, marzipan, biscuit dough or even polymer clay without any problems.
Application:
Roll out the fondant evenly, powder the cutter and worktop with baker's starch ab and then cut out with the cutter, making sure that the mass is cut out on a smooth surface. The snowflake motif can then be embossed.
